Los Angeles Angels vs New York Yankees

This rivalry goes all around from the top of the organization to players and sometimes even to the fans. They are each in different divisions, yet in the same league.

This means these two teams would face off in the AL championship to earn the right to make the World Series. The Angels have plenty of talent.

They look to use that talent to defeat the Yankees on their way to a possible World Series trip.

Yes they haven’t made the post-season in 3 years.

This is not in part to their play, but because of injuries to starters. They have gained some money over the years after making room on their roster for lesser known players who will turn into prominent players.

Also, this rivalry is intense between the fans as some fans on each side won’t talk to each other until after the game. In the next rivalry there is always lots of talks between teams and fans.
