The Los Angeles Dodgers have a very good problem to solve heading into 2017. This problem is of course regarding the fourth and fifth rotation spot. According to these Dodgers rumors, who is most likely to land the spot?

Not many teams have the kind of problem that the Dodgers have this season. Heading into the 2017 campaign, there are so many arms that are viable to be an anchor at the back-end of the rotation. With a decision to be made, which players are the most likely to land the job according to these Dodgers rumors?

Pitching has always been the strong suit of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Led by Clayton Kershaw, the Dodgers staff has always been regarded as one of the best in the league. Whether it was with Zack Greinke or Kenta Maeda as the second starter, the staff has always produced. Heck, even when the team was sickened with injuries the pitching staff stepped up.

Whether it is due to excellent scouting, or masterful coaching from Rick Honeycutt, the Dodgers have always seemingly turned okay pitchers into good pitchers, good into great, and great into fantastic.

Sure, the smoggy air of Los Angeles County is certainly a reason as the ball has never traveled well in Dodger stadium, there is something to be said about the dynamic of Dodger pitching. Look at Zack Greinke, his best times in his career were wearing Dodger blue.
