March Madness 2017: Ranking and previewing all Sweet 16 teams

Oregon Ducks
Surviving Rhode Island was a must for the Ducks. It was a game that was too close for comfort, and Oregon should consider itself lucky that it moved on.
They got caught having to play catch up to the Rams, and did so in spite of 14 turnovers.
Playing Michigan in the Sweet 16, Oregon has to win if they want to really assert themselves in the world of college basketball. If they lose, it’ll be another season full of what-if scenarios that never happened.
Sorry, but that’s not good enough.
This team can do some real damage when they’re locked in. But being zoned out nearly cost them in the Round of 32. How they handle Michigan, of all teams, is special as well.
The Wolverines aren’t just any other team. Coming off of a huge upset against Louisville, the Wolverines know they can beat anybody if they put their mind to it.
It’s going to take more than a last second escape three for the Ducks to find themselves in the Elite Eight.
