Florida Gators

Most people would look at how the Gators dismantled Virginia and wonder why they’re thirteenth on the list.

From watching the game, Florida was only dominant and in complete control in the second half. Somewhere in the middle, the Cavaliers forgot to shift gears and it cost them dearly.

Now having to play Wisconsin in the Sweet 16, the Gators will have a serious challenge on their hands. The Badgers are responsible for taking out the defending champion Villanova Wildcats, so everyone else is seen as less dangerous.

Florida kept Virginia to just 6.7% from three point land, but was still sloppy with the ball by giving up ten turnovers. Any turnovers they let Wisconsin have is going to turn into points on the other end and not help their cause.

What Florida has done shouldn’t be diminished, but they need to beat the Badgers to prove they’re for real.
