The rapid ascension was spearheaded by former scouting director Logan White, handed to farm director Gabe Kapler, and is now under the guidance of thesixformer general managers in the Dodgers front office.

Simply put, the organization isloaded. With six former general managers in thefront office, the Dodgers can field a lineup featuring 2016 rookie of the year Corey Seager, 24-year old all-star Joc Pederson and 20-year old phenom Julio Urias andstillhave a collection of potential superstars to dangle as trade bait.

Alternately, these players can develop and form a Dodger foundation well into the next decade. Some will not be up with the big club for a year or two, but others can help immediately.
