Paul George

The second player in these Lakers rumors to want to join LA is Paul George. Paul George was nearly traded at the deadline to the Lakers.

Instead, he stayed on the Pacers. He will most likely sign with the Lakers after the end of next season.

George knows a lot about adversity since he broke his leg and returned from he gruesome injury. It is not like he is better than he was before.

George still knows how to create space and play excellent defense. His excellent defense leads to plays and points on the offensive end.

Paul George joining LA would immediately attract other stars to want to join the Lakers. Unfortunately this would leave some of the current players to play for other teams.
