The 2017 NFL Draft has received mix reception from fans of the Los Angeles Rams. Now, after the draft, what are new targets according to these Rams rumors?

The mixed reception of the 2017 NFL Draft has directly caused there to be more Rams rumors surfacing. Los Angeles took a path in the draft that will directly reflect on their free agent targets.

The 2017 NFL Draft for the Los Angeles Rams was all about surrounding Jared Goff with more viable targets. Three of the first four selections were in regards to the pass offense, two receivers, and one tight end, also adding in a fullback in the sixth round. The Rams message is clear here: Jared Goff is the future of the organization and the team will do anything to ensure his success.

Now, some fans are unhappy with the draft, others find it to be a great route by the team. The offensive line was the biggest disappointment, and the Rams failed to add any much-needed corners. Some seem to love this move of surrounding Goff with as much skill players as possible so he can evolve, others wish the draft had more diversity.

This has caused the team to have different needs heading into the 2017-18 season. Now, instead of showing a need at receiver, the team can turn their focus elsewhere. While all the stars of the free agent class are now gone, there are still some solid pick ups for the Rams.

The Los Angeles Rams are going to need to do something if they want to win this battle for LA. After a strong draft from the Chargers, the Rams are falling behind. With that being said, what three free agents should the Rams now target after the 2017 NFL Draft?
