Lakers free agency rumors: 15 free agents that will be available

Shaun Livingston
Another potential victim of dropping on the financial priority list for the Warriors is back up point guard Shaun Livingston. He’s one of the more tested veterans in the league that doesn’t start, and his time behind Stephen Curry has allowed him to explore various roles and ways to play his game.
One of the reasons the Lakers may go after him is similar to why they’d pursue Ty Lawson — depth is important at the guard position, and nobody proves that better than the Warriors.
Livingston started his career in Los Angeles, but with the Clippers. After three seasons with them, his only consistent stay has been in Golden State, which has also reached three seasons.
In between all of that, Livingston has played for Miami, Oklahoma City, Washington, Charlotte, Milwaukee, Cleveland, and Brooklyn.
That in mind, if a team can offer him the right role, he might part ways with the Warriors.
