2. Milwaukee Bucks

D’Angelo Russell and fellow Lakers had some beef with the Milwaukee Bucks last season. There was an altercation last season that amounted in Russell receiving a $15,000 fine for shoving Bucks center Greg Monroe in the back. However, when looking at the status of the Bucks team, it is evident that Russell could make them a powerhouse.

First, the Bucks have some nice trade chips to offer the Lakers for Russell. Both Malcolm Brogdon and Khris Middleton are battling for the shooting guard position, which makes either or expendable. Both of these guys are great young talents, so adding in a future first round pick would be a huge win for the Lakers.

Then, we have Russell slotting in at the point, out playing the disappointing Matthew Dellavedova. The Bucks would then have a powerhouse starting five consisting of Russell, Brogdon/Middleton, Antetokounmpo, Parker, and Monroe/Maker. That starting five is extremely good, is extremely young, and could carry the Bucks to a ring in the very near future.

While the Lakers likely would not want to turn the Bucks into this type of powerhouse, it is evident that Russell would be a huge addition to this Bucks team. With an already young, promising core – adding D’Angelo Russell could be the missing piece to a title run.
