The latest Lakers rumors address where Tyler Ennis could end up.

For the Lakers to pass on Tyler Ennis on free agency, they’d have to be rather confident in their next draft pick.

Considering that they’re ever likely to draft a point guard, it’s a possibility that Ennis doesn’t return. Being that he’s now a free agent, teams will be looking to talk to him at some point later this summer.

As part of the trade that sent Lou Williams to Houston, Ennis shined in moments with his time in LA. He could wind up being something special, but could also be overlooked by the front office in Los Angeles due to the hype of this year’s draft options.

While the Lakers make that decision about their future, Tyler Ennis just wants to play. An opportunity anywhere would be an opportunity he’ll take.

Last season, the soon to be third year point guard averaged 4.3 points and 1.6 assists per game.
