The Los Angeles Dodgers are currently in a battle for supremacy for the NL West crown. According to these Dodgers rumors, how can the Dodgers win this battle?
The Los Angeles Dodgers are currently embarking on the longest active postseason streak, dating back to 2013. Another postseason appearance this year would give the Dodgers the third longest streak in baseball history, only trailing the 14-year streak the Braves had and the 13-year streak the Yankees had.
However, this year seems to be the Dodgers more difficult task to date. While the team has battled in back and forth wars with the San Francisco Giants, they have not experienced this kind of three-headed dragon.
This three-headed dragon is, of course, the trio of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Colorado Rockies, and Arizona Diamondbacks. These three hold the first, third, and fourth best records in the NL, with the Dodgers and Diamondbacks only trailing the Red Sox and Astros from the AL. You know a division is stacked when the third best team is also the sixth best team in all of baseball.
The crazy part is the San Francisco Giants currently are not even in the equation. Los Angeles currently trails the Rockies for first place by three games, the Diamondbacks three and a half.
This is going to be a tight race for the Dodgers down the stretch, a race that is going to test the talent and endurance of all three teams. According to these Dodgers rumors, what three keys are in the Dodgers must master to bring home National League West gold once more?
