3. Orlando Magic

Perhaps we could see Nick Young head to the happiest place on earth and join the young Orlando Magic unit to serve as an experienced leader. Young already has done his fair share of playing in a young cast, as evident by his time with the Lakers, and could see a very similar role in Orlando. With the Magic losing some key pieces this offseason, Young to the Magic could happen.

First of all, the Magic were already reportedly interested in bringing in a different Laker. Therefore, the seeds could be planted to give Nick Young a look, especially to fill the void that Jodie Meeks may leave behind. Meeks, who gave the Magic depth when he was healthy, is a free agent this offseason and could be heading elsewhere.

Meeks was a good, not great, option off of the bench for the Magic. Mostly due to injury, Meeks only averaged 9.1 points per game. While that is not fantastic, it is a considerable amount to see walk away in free agency. The Magic could then improve, bringing in Nick Young, and give him the bulk of the minutes.

With the kind of bench minutes Young would get in Orlando he easily could surpass the 15 points per game mark once more. While he would not start over Aaron Gordon and Evan Fournier, Young could split time at both shooting guard and small forward, giving the Magic a much more versatile bench.
