No. 7

One of the more popular seven jerseys right now is point guard Kyle Lowry. If George wore number seven as a part of the Lakers, he’d have to have a talk with Larry Nance Jr.

Nance Jr. has the seven jersey for now, but it was also a big part of the last time the Lakers made a run for a championship. Lamar Odom was on the team at the time, and he helped the Lakers get another ring.

That seems to be another motive for George outside of getting to play for his hometown team.

This would be the number that I personally could see George wearing, but that’s not up to me. He has to be sure that it’s a number he’s confident in, because believe it or not, that type of confidence factors into how he performs on the floor.

Also, if you’re the superstitious type, it’d be a transition from an unlucky number to a lucky number. Just saying.
