He can’t remain a diva if he wants to make it big

Attitude means a lot to coaches and teammates in the NFL. For some, it seems that the approach and attitude of Josh Rosen is a problem, or at least something they’d question at the next level.

This coming via a report from NFL.com last August where NFL personnel didn’t really seem to buy into the kind of guy that Rosen is; or at least the persona that he carries.

Be that as it may, this speaks to how important it is to stay humble no matter your gift. Josh Rosen has shown flashes of his abilities in the past, but if his attitude affects him this much moving forward, there’s not much he’ll be able to do to save his draft stock.

Also, it ties directly into how coachable he is. If coaches feel like they would be unable to work with Rosen and establish a healthy relationship built on trust, confidence, and composure, then why would they run the risk of picking him up?

This reason is the one where Rosen can do the most damage to himself. It also doesn’t even matter how well he does on the field, his attitude could be garbage either way.

It’d be a shame to see Rosen waste his talent away just because he can’t fix something as simple as his attitude. But we can’t put it past him at this point.
