Lakers Schedule: Predicting every game for the 2017-18 season
By Keith Rivas
Week 16
(29-21)
As the Lakers continue to make noise in the Western Conference, the Orlando Magic will continue to try in their respective conference, but to no avail. Los Angeles handles Orlando in an entertaining game, but one that the Lakers never lose control of.
(29-22)
Look, even with D’Angelo Russell gone, that doesn’t mean all the leadership problems that Magic Johnson associated with the former second overall pick will disappear. Now with the game in Brooklyn, D’Angelo Russell will continue his revenge tour and tear his old team apart. But you can’t say the Lakers didn’t ask for this.
(29-23)
The Lakers only get granted three home games for the whole month of February. This game in Oklahoma City comes right before they get back to back nights at Staples Center. Expect the team to be done with playing on the road for as long as they have, and letting one get out of hand versus Russell Westbrook and Paul George. Not to mention the second game in that two game homestand comes in the form of a rematch with the Thunder.
