The Los Angeles Rams (1-0) are set to host the Washington Redskins (0-1) in week two of the NFL regular season.

The Los Angeles Rams are in a territory that was unseen last season, they are undefeated through week one. Last year, in their homecoming to Los Angeles, the Rams were outmatched by a terrible 49ers team, 22-21. This year, the tides turned as the Rams mauled the even more awful Andrew Luck-less Indianapolis Colts, 49-6.

The offense and the defense both looked solid for the Rams in their season opener. Although Scott Tolzien will make any opposing defense look good, the Rams allowed just 225 yards with two interceptions. Again, the Indianapolis Colts’ offense was absolutely stagnant without Luck, but there was promise from LA.

As for the offense, that may have been the biggest shock factor from the Rams in week one. After months of speculating whether or not Jared Goff was even worth a starting gig, the second year quarterback completed 21 of 29 passes for 306 yards and one touchdown. Again, this Colts’ defense is also terrible, but Goff showed some progress towards improvement.

The Los Angeles Rams will have a bigger test week two against the Washington Redskins. Although the Redskins did drop week one to the Philadelphia Eagles, the team has a much more well-rounded defense and a quarterback that can actually make plays.

Therefore, which three players should the fans be watching on the Rams that will impact the result of this game?
