Right behind the Big Apple, Los Angeles is the sports mecca of the world. With such a massive market, what four young superstars should head to the Lakers?

The Los Angeles Lakers have had some of the biggest superstars in the history of the NBA. Magic Johnson, Kobe Bryant, Jerry West, Wilt Chamberlain, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar and Shaquille O’Neal headline an even longer list of superstars. Right now, the superstars are dry, but the team reportedly is looking to bring in at least two stars next offseason.

The range of stars that have been rumored to be tied to Los Angeles is long. Everyone from Russell Westbrook to LeBron James to Paul George to Klay Thompson has been somehow tied to the Lakers. What happens next offseason is still up in the air, as even with two superstars this Lakers team does not look good.

A superstar coming to Los Angeles is inevitable. The basketball market in LA is so massive, hence why the organization has been so great for so long. The best players in the NBA want the biggest spotlight. That spotlight shines bright from above in the Staples Center rafters.

Plus, it is always fun to play some fantasy managing and draw up a scenario that can somehow net the Lakers some of the biggest stars in the NBA. With that being said, here are four young stars that would benefit greatly from the massive market of LA; which makes their case for joining the Lakers sometime in their career.
