1. Los Angeles Dodgers:

2017 Record: 104-58; Won the NL Pennant

My Predicted Record for 2018: 102-60

The Rockies and Diamondbacks are going to impact the Dodgers in 2018, but of all the things we learned in 2017, this may be the most important; this team is always up for the challenge. The road to the World Series isn’t easy and involves many uphill battles, but the Dodgers know that, and they know how to win in spite of it.

At the end of the day, this team won the west, and they won the pennant. They didn’t win the World Series, and that’s okay. Baseball is a process, and the Dodgers made tremendous progress in 2017. The west will be wild once again in 2018, and the division title won’t come easily to any one of these teams.

The Dodgers, though, seem fated to play under the October sky again.
