The case for Odell Beckham Jr. on the LA Rams:

At his best, Odell Beckham Jr. is one of the best, if not the best receiver in all of football. Beckham challenges Julio Jones and Antonio Brown for the honors. At only 25 (Jones and Brown are both 29), Beckham looks to be the future of the wide receiver position.

He became a star when he made the ridiculous one-handed catch over Brandon Carr on Sunday Night Football in 2014. The rest has been history.

Despite being immensely talented and being one of the best vertical threats the NFL has ever seen, Beckham has been on the wrong side of media attention. It started during the 2016-2017 season when Beckham was throwing a tantrum on the sidelines that resulted in a kicking net hitting him in the face.

Later in the year, Beckham and fellow Giants’ teammates had the infamous “boat incident” which was followed with a 13-28 loss against the Green Bay Packers in the playoffs. Beckham had just four catches for 28 yards in 11 targets.

Even coming off of injury, Beckham is one of the most polarizing and intriguing receivers in football. Adding him to the high-powered offense that Sean McVay created would do wonders for Jared Goff and the rest of the team. Even running back Todd Gurley is campaigning for Beckham to come to LA.

However, the Giants are reportedly asking for two first-round picks for Beckham, something the LA Rams may not be willing to pay.
