Weeks 9-13

  • Week 9: at New Orleans Saints

The LA Rams got the best of the New Orleans Saints last season at home. This year, they hit the road and travel east for the first time in the season. Prior to this game, the farthest east the Rams traveled was Denver; who are in the AFC West.

The New Orleans Saints are primed to be one of the best teams in football next season. If was not for the Minneapolis Miracle, the Saints very well could have gone on and won the Super Bowl. Their offense and defense matched up nicely against both the Eagles and the Patriots.

This go around, the Saints will get their revenge in a fun, offensive game that will drop the Rams to three losses on the season.

Score prediction: 30-25, Saints. Rams: (6-3).

  • Week 10: vs. Seattle Seahawks

Coming off of two straight losses, the LA Rams are going to come into this game with some intensity. Back at their home field in front of their home fans, expect the Rams to make an example out of the Seahawks. Todd Gurley will have the best game of the season in week 10 and lead the Rams to an onslaught.

Score prediction: 45-10, Rams (7-3).

  • Week 11: vs. Kansas City Chiefs (Monday Night Football)

The Chiefs and former Ram Sammy Watkins will head to LA to take on the Rams fresh off of manhandling the Seattle Seahawks.

Patrick Mahomes is a huge question mark and the defensive side of the ball is going to be hurting without Marcus Peters. This is normally the time of the year that the Chiefs meltdown as well. Kansas City really is the biggest question mark heading into the season, but regardless, the talent on the Rams will lead the team to victory.

Score prediction: 30-20, Rams (8-3).

  • Week 12: BYE

  • Week 13: at Detroit Lions

The Detroit Lions have a ton of promise with new head coach Matt Patricia. However, Patricia is a defensive-minded head coach that is coming into an offense with a gunslinging Matthew Stafford and no real help around him. The Lions will be the disappointment of the 2018 season and the Rams will cruise to victory.

Score prediction: 33-14, Rams (9-3).
