3. Oakland Raiders

I went back and forth between number three and number two on this list and ultimately decided to slot the Oakland Raiders as the third-best team in the division. While this is not a knock at the Raiders, production-wise, they fall just short.

The thing about Oakland, though, is that the team has the potential to slide all the way up to the number one spot on this list. The Raiders have talented guys on their team and an insane season from Derek Carr could elevate each of these guys to new heights.

Oakland definitely has some big names in Jordy Nelson and Amari Cooper as well as a decent slot guy in Martavis Bryant and a good supporting cast led by former Cowboy, Ryan Switzer.

And while those names three years ago may have been the best unit in football, they are not in 2018. Nelson and Cooper both had down years last season. Nelson had just 482 receiving yards over 15 games played. Cooper had 680 yards over 14 games played.

Oakland is good, not great, at the tight end position as well. Jared Cook can more than hold his own as a starting tight end and had 688 receiving yards last season. Derek Carrier is a good backup that will give the Raiders interesting looks next season.
