Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma is already one of the best value picks of the last five seasons and he only had one year of service under his belt.

The Los Angeles Lakers really struck gold in the late first round of the 2017 NBA Draft. Los Angeles selected forward Kyle Kuzma with the 27th overall selection and guard Josh Hart with the 30th overall selection; both at the time were solid players but did not expect to break out in any way.

That was quite the contrary last season, especially for Kuzma. Kuzma emerged as one of the best rookies in the league last season and finished on the All-Rookie first team. While Hart did not have as much success early on, he showed signs of greatness and absolutely smashed it in the Summer League this year.

Now, heading into year two, Kuzma is one of the most popular players on the Los Angeles Lakers and is set to once again be one of the best contributors as well.

However, the addition of LeBron James is likely going to push Kuzma out of the starting lineup, making him the team’s sixth man, splitting time between both forward positions.

Kuzma is likely still going to get plenty of minutes next season so fans should expect more of the same out of the breakout forward. However, not everything will be the same and here are our three bold predictions for Kyle Kuzma next season.
