2. Jared Goff will complete 35 passing touchdowns next season

This is definitely bolder as eclipsing 35 passing touchdowns is a much bigger feat than hitting 4,000 yards. Plus, Goff was on pace for 4,000 yards last season if he did not sit the last game. To hit 35 passing yards last year, he would have to tie the NFL record and throw seven passing touchdowns.

Next year, Goff will be finding the end zone more frequently and is going to hit the mark that no quarterback could hit last season. In 2016, three quarterbacks accomplished the feat, Aaron Rodgers, Matt Ryan and Drew Brees. Philip Rivers was the next closest with 33.

It is hard to ignore the targets that Goff is going to have to throw to and how that is going to have a huge impact on how often he finds the end zone.

Just in the receiving corps, Goff has three great targets in Brandin Cooks, Robert Woods and Cooper Kupp. Throw Todd Gurley into the mix and a decent tight end tandem consisting of Tyler Higbee and Gerald Everett and the Rams are one of the deepest passing teams in the league.

The number of carries Gurley gets and how often he finds the end zone is a tad concerning and could prevent this from happening. However, two touchdowns a game seems like a guarantee for Goff, all he has to do is throw three more.
