2. Ndamukong Suh returns close to his Detroit Lions form

Ndamukong Suh was once regarded as the best defensive tackle in football and was arguably the scariest player in all of football as well. While the label of him being a dirty player has not faded, those labels as the most dangerous defensive tackles are all but gone.

Suh certainly was not bad in Miami but he was not worth what the Dolphins were paying him which ultimately led to his release and him signing with the Los Angeles Rams. For a team as young as hungry as the Rams, signing a personality like Suh was a big risk.

However, this was the perfect place for Suh to come for a season and compete for a Super Bowl while also raising his own value as well. While in other sports this often is not the case, having Aaron Donald ahead of him in the depth chart actually helps Suh.

There is no way that any offensive line can choose to double either Donald or Suh or the team would be leaving itself naked to the other. Thus, both players are going to get much better matchups than they are used to and they are both going to thrive because of it.

It will be Suh that sees the noticeable upgrade as Donald is already at the peak of the mountain. And while the Detroit Lions days may be over, the Rams are going to see more of the Lions version of Suh, not the Dolphins version.
