Not only does the team have a nice core intact, but the front office has also opened up cap space flexibility to bring in another superstar next offseason.

Thus, it is safe to say that this season will not be title or bust and will be huge in determining what the Lakers do in the offseason for the 2019-2020 season. With multiple options on the table, the moves the front office makes will be determined by how specific player produce next season.
