The Los Angeles Lakers media day has come and gone and there were some noticeable quotes and takeaways from the NBA’s most interesting team.
The Los Angeles Lakers are the most changed team from a season ago and are going to be the most interesting team to watch in the 2018-2019 season. With LeBron James and a slew of new veterans to come off the bench, the Lakers are much more than the promising team they were a year ago.
NBA fans and media got the first true look of this new-look Lakers team on Monday when the team, and most of the NBA, held its first media day.
The biggest name on everyone’s radar was obviously LeBron James. While he has made public appearances since signing with LA, this would be his first official appearance donning the purple and gold as a Laker.
LeBron certainly had his fair share of quotes and notable things to say but the rest of the Lakers’ core also answered questions from the media and there were several quotes that stuck out.
