The Los Angeles Lakers have two preseason games under the belt and have fans chomping at the bit for what the team can do once the games really matter.

The Los Angeles Lakers have given fans just two preseason games worth of action against the Denver Nuggets and have already shown how promising the team can be.

With the best player on the planet in LeBron James leading the way, the Lakers are looking like one of the most fun teams to watch next season. Los Angeles plays with such an upbeat tempo that is going to be hard to match and fun to watch.

In the middle of the fast-paced tempo is LeBron James, Lonzo Ball and Rajon Rondo, three of the most gifted passers currently in the league. Surrounding them is a collection of solid weapons that conform to today’s style of play.

There certainly have been bold takes after watching these two preseason games. Los Angeles is still going to experience a learning curve early and is going to take time to get going. Plus, the Golden State Warriors, Houston Rockets and potentially the Oklahoma City Thunder may all finish ahead of LA in the West.

Regardless, when firing on all cylinders, the Lakers are going to be very hard to beat. And while the team should be far from favorites to win an NBA Championship, it certainly is not impossible for LeBron James to win title number four in his first year in LA.

The chances are slim and the Lakers are banking on winning past year one. However, here are three reasons why the Lakers can conceivably win the NBA Championship.
