1. Every LeBron James team of recent memory has undergone a midseason revamp

There are certain trends you pick up in the NBA. The Golden State Warriors are going to be good, the New York Knicks always make the wrong choices and the NBA will give the fans the best slate possible to enjoy on Christmas Day.

One of the annual trends that basketball fans have witnessed over the last couple of seasons is the changing of LeBron James’ team at the NBA Trade Deadline.

Perhaps James’ biggest (and one of very few) weakness as a player is that he can sometimes grow impatient with the talent around him. Being such an elite player himself, James often seems to get underwhelmed quickly.

With all the power that he has, this has caused the Cleveland Cavaliers to buy in on whatever he is suggesting and make moves at the deadline. Last season was the most drastic version of this revamp but we have seen it as small as adding guys like Kyle Korver to the bench.

This is one of those things that you expect until it stops happening. Until LeBron James-led teams stop trading at the deadline I have to expect that a deal will occur.
