The Los Angeles Rams have far and away been the best team in the NFL after six weeks. Not only is the best record obtainable, but so is a perfect season in LA.

The NFL can be a crazy and unpredictable league. Every year, there are a few things we can bank on for certain; the New England Patriots will be great, Odell Beckham Jr. will have some sort of controversy and this year, the Los Angeles Rams would win the NFC West.

The Rams came into the season way too talented to not win perhaps the worst division in the league, especially with Jimmy Garropollo out.

Not only were the Rams the easy favorites to win the division, but LA was also primed to be one of the top teams in the NFC. With the additions of Ndamukong Suh, Marcus Peters, Aqib Talib and Brandin Cooks, an already good Rams team turned elite.

Nobody expected there to be chatter of a perfect 16-0 season, though. When we posed the idea in March about the Rams going 16-0, it was met with some backlash.

And while it is still a bit too early to start counting games down, the Los Angeles Rams are standing as the NFL’s only undefeated team with a 6-0 record. There have been some close games in that mix, but for the most part, the Rams have been absolutely dominant.

So while we are not yet counting down every single win, we do think that a perfect 16-0 season is in the works for the Rams. Here is why.
