The Los Angeles Chargers head into Foxborough to take on the New England Patriots, hoping to end the Patriots’ AFC Championship streak.

Everything about the Los Angeles Chargers Divisional Round matchup against the New England Patriots is in the Patriots’ favor. New England is currently riding a seven-year streak of at least making it to the AFC Championship and hasn’t lost to the Chargers in the playoff since 1963 when they were the Boston Patriots.

In fact, the Chargers have not beaten the New England Patriots since 2008, the year that Tom Brady tore his ACL in Week 1 and the Patriots turned to Matt Cassel the rest of the season.

Streaks are meant to be broken and for the first time in a long time, the Los Angeles Chargers seem properly equipped to take down the Patriots. While New England is the betting favorite, being the home team, the Chargers are arguably more talented from top to bottom than this version of the Patriots.

It is still an extremely tough matchup. Brady has not been good this year but is still the greatest quarterback of all time and can make things happen in the playoffs. Bill Belichick is the greatest head coach of all time and is going to devise a perfect gameplan to beat the Chargers.

The team that has not lost outside of Los Angeles and the team that has not lost in their home building are going to produce arguably the most entertaining game this weekend. Here are three Chargers that will have a massive showing that, hopefully, will lead the team over the Patriots.
