2. C.J. Mosley, LB

C.J. Mosley would have such a massive impact on the Los Angeles Chargers defense that he very well should be the team’s number one target, regardless of position.

Of course, the only caveat is that the Chargers must lure Mosley away from the Baltimore Ravens, who are a Super Bowl contender in their own right as well. This is the team that drafted Mosely after all, and although he is an unrestricted free agent, can still franchise tag the linebacker to keep him in Baltimore for one more year.

If the Ravens use the franchise tag then there is obviously no reason to even get excited for the prospect of Mosely being a Charger. However, as it stands today, there is still a chance that the Ravens get reluctant of using the tag.

Mosley would fit on the Chargers like a glove and would be going from one menacing defense to another. The Chargers need linebacker help with Denzel Perryman becoming a free agent and Mosley is the perfect candidate to be the MIKE.

He and Adrian Phillips would be menacing in the middle and would feed off the menacing secondary led by Derwin James and company. Mosley is a four-time Pro Bowler and could excel so much in the Chargers system that he could join Phillips, James and Desmond King as All-Pros in the Chargers defense.
