Three reasons why the Los Angeles Rams will be Super Bowl Champions

2. The Los Angeles Rams will pressure Tom Brady all night
I kind of hate going with this narrative because it is the narrative that every single football analyst pounds into the ground. It is also the easiest thing to say to sound like an expert, just like it is easy to pinpoint a bullpen in baseball as the source of a team’s struggles.
However, it does hold merit. Tom Brady is no longer the best quarterback on the planet if he is getting roughed around and is sitting on his butt: especially at 41 years old.
The Patriots have done a wonderful job at protecting Brady this season as he was sacked just 21 times in the regular season. That is the third-lowest mark of his career and was tied for the least with Drew Brees and Andrew Luck for starting quarterbacks.
Heck, Brady has not even been sacked once this postseason despite coming up against a terrorizing defensive line in the Los Angeles Chargers and a quietly good defensive line in the Kansas City Chiefs.
It will be different on Super Bowl Sunday. The Patriots can do all that they can and the sacks will still be inevitable. Aaron Donald is the best defensive player in football and Ndamukong Suh, Michael Brockers and Dante Fowler Jr. have really stepped up as well.
As you can tell, it will be the defensive line that makes the biggest difference for the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday, just as the Philadelphia Eagles defensive line won the Super Bowl last year with a huge strip sack in the fourth quarter.
