With the NFL season now completely over the focus turns to the offseason and the needs for every team, including the Los Angeles Chargers.

The Los Angeles Chargers were one of the most electrifying and fun teams to watch during the 2018-2019 NFL season. It wouldn’t be a stretch to say that the Chargers were America’s favorite in the postseason and there wouldn’t be any upset fans over the Chargers winning like there are about the New England Patriots.

The Chargers did everything right in the regular season. Won on the road in places that teams simply don’t win at, came from behind and beat the teams that they were supposed to beat.

This lead to a joint-best 12-4 record in the AFC that gave the Chargers the fifth seed. The team had the perfect gameplan against the Baltimore Ravens and were then thoroughly outcoached by the New England Patriots.

The Chargers were good enough to beat the Chiefs as well. Man does it suck to play in what-ifs.

The Chargers roster is still one of the most talented from top to bottom in the league and Los Angeles is going to be back in playoff contention next season. While Philip Rivers does not have an awfully long time left in the NFL, he will still be good enough for the next 2-3 years for the Chargers to contend.

The Chargers, like every team, have their needs entering the offseason. And while it is cliche to write an article about said needs, here are the three positions that we think could use the most work this offseason.
