Everyone knew that the Los Angeles Dodgers were going to do something this offseason and the team has made four significant moves thus far.

After losing the second World Series in as many years, the Los Angeles Dodgers knew heading into the offseason that the team needed some change. Although the Dodgers still won the National League Pennant, there were holes on the roster that needed to be addressed.

Yasmani Grandal and Hyun-Jin Ryu were also free agents, so the Dodgers have to address that issue as well. One stayed, Ryu, on the qualifying offer while Grandal signed a one-year deal with the Milwaukee Brewers that was just slightly more than he would have gotten in arbitration.

The Dodgers addressed those holes and more in an offseason that has seen the team make for significant moves. Two of which were trades and two of which were free agent signings.

Los Angeles, however, did not cash out and get either Manny Machado or Bryce Harper, at least not yet. With the speculation dying down on the Dodgers and the current financial status of the team, it 99 percent won’t happen.

The team does have one more potential big move in the bag in trading Joc Pederson, although speculation on that has died down as well. You know what they say: good trades move in the dark.

Either way, here are our grades for the four significant moves of the offseason thus far, in chronological order.
