Ineligible

Brad Ausmus, Guillermo Barros Schelotto, and Bob Bradley

These coaches aren’t on the hot seat at all for various reasons both Ausmus and Schelotto were recently hired by the Los Angeles Angels and LA Galaxy. Neither has even coached an official game so unless they go and rob a bank together, they’re probably not getting fired.

Same for coach Bradley who led the expansion LAFC to the playoffs last year and is likely to produce more wins in his second year.

Limbo Seat

Willie Desjardins, Murry Bartow, and Bob Murray

These poor guys all have the dreaded interim tag still applied to them placing them in limbo. For Bartow at UCLA and Desjardins with the Kings, it is unlikely they’ll lose the tag, both have been unable to turnaround the losing.

Meanwhile, Murray is just a stop gap as he continues to run hockey operations and already said finding a coach is his top priority this summer.
