1. Corey Seager

Corey Seager is the MLB’s forgotten superstar and it is quite surprising how much the MLB world is sleeping on Seager. Granted, he missed most of 2018 because of Tommy John surgery and has been out of the spotlight but he is legitimately one of the best players in the league and better than the popular consensus on him.

Everyone knows that Seager is elite, there is no questioning that. However, not a lot of people outside of Los Angeles truly realized that Seager is a franchise player that you can build an entire team around.

Heck, he was the top prospect in baseball prior to his debut and even finished as an MVP finalist in his rookie year. He regressed at the end of 2017 because of that arm injury but he has already proven at such a young age that he can be one of baseball’s best.

Seager is most likely going to hit .300. The chances of him not hitting that mark are slim. Expect him to hit no fewer than 25 home runs and drive in no more than 75 RBIs.

Harper might finish with more home runs and RBIs but Seager will be a much more consistent presence and his fielding will piece it all together to give Seager the better season.
