2. Week 5 @ Seattle Seahawks

The Los Angeles Rams start the season on the road against the Carolina Panthers and play three of the first five games on the road. In fact, the team’s first nine games of the season are alternating from road to home and the Rams do not get a two-game homestand until Weeks 11 and 12.

In order to succeed with such a staggering schedule, the Los Angeles Rams are going to have to prove that they are a great team on the road. There is no better place to prove that than in Seattle, where the Seahawks, regardless of how talented they are, give a very tough game.

The Seahawks are a playoff team and are one of the hardest teams to beat at home and the Rams will not only prove that they can win tough road games with a win but will prove that they are still a step above Seattle in the division.

What makes this even more important is that it is a Thursday night game. So not only are the Rams looking to prove that they are still the team to beat on the national scale but they are also looking to escape a short week with a win.

This game is going to be must-watch and when we reflect on the Rams’ season once the year is over it will be remembered as one of the most telling.
