The Los Angeles Lakers have been so chaotic that even LeBron James might be losing trust in the team he just signed with less than a year ago.

The Los Angeles Lakers won the LeBron James sweepstakes last summer and after it was announced that James would be a Laker it all made sense.

The Lakers are arguably the most historic and prestigious franchise in the NBA and had a great young core that the team could either build around or use as ammunition to trade. The sky seemed like the limit for LeBron on the Lakers and the sky has since come crashing down.

The Lakers missed the playoffs due to multiple things going wrong throughout the season and the front office has done nothing to really help the cause. Between missing out on Paul George and whiffing on Anthony Davis, the front office has been unable to give the team what it needs to contend for a title.

LeBron, being an impatient guy and wanting to contend for the title, has reportedly had his trust damaged as a result of all the chaos.

The biggest move that is hurting that trust is Magic Johnson resigning as President of Basketball Operations. Johnson is someone that LeBron respects and can trust and it definitely hurts that relationship without him there.

The front office can still fix it before it is too late and the moves made this summer are going to be the determinant. Here are the moves the Lakers could make the win LeBron’s trust back.
