1. Hire Ty Lue as the new head coach

There is a head coaching vacancy that needs to be filled on the Los Angeles Lakers and one of the potential candidates that the Lakers are reportedly considering is none other than LeBron’s former coach, Ty Lue.

It might not seem like signing Lue would be a good thing, as James left that situation after all, but it would be huge in getting his trust back and definitely would be a move that he would support.

James and Lue have endured some tough playoff battles and have even won a championship together. Lue knows what it takes to march through the playoffs and the two have the chemistry to thrive together.

The other options are not bad options either as Monty Williams has connections to Anthony Davis and Jason Kidd was a very respected player in the league when LeBron was climbing through the ranks.

While you can disagree with how good of a coach Kidd is, there is not a terrible option in those three choices as far as LeBron’s comfort and trust is concerned.

Lue is the obvious best fit when it comes to LeBron and would let LeBron know that the front office recognizes that the team needs a head coach that has been there and done that.
