Time stone: Brandon Ingram

The time stone was one of the most tricky ones to figure out for the Los Angeles Lakers but out of every person involved with the team, we had to go with none other than Brandon Ingram.

The second overall pick out of the 2016 NBA Draft, Ingram has had high expectations since he stepped foot on an NBA court, with every Laker fan and most basketball fans waiting for that time in which Ingram makes the progressions to be an all-star.

Compared to Kevin Durant early on because of his size, frame and ability to score, Ingram has always been a bonafide young star with all-star expectations. And for the first time in his career, Ingram really started to show signs of making that all-star progression this season.

Ingram is still not a finished product and it is going to take a little bit more time for him to reach his full potential. However, for Ingram, the ticking clock could be up as the team could look to explore deals this offseason to bring in a second superstar, such as Anthony Davis.

For his entire career time has seemingly been working against him with his high expectations, so for that reason, Ingram will be situated on Thanos’ thumb as the time stone.
