The Los Angeles Lakers quickly filled out a roster full of role players once Kawhi Leonard signed elsewhere and now boast a pretty deep roster.

The Los Angeles Lakers may be driven by the superstar duo of LeBron James and Anthony Davis but the role players on the roster are just as important to the team. As we see every year, when the going gets tough in the playoffs it can be the role players that make the biggest difference.

This is especially true considering that there is so much talent in the league right now and there arguably are more stars than ever before. The superstars are what carries a team to that position, it is the role players that need to come up big once they are there.

The Los Angeles Lakers were able to bring in some notable role players once Kawhi Leonard signed with the Los Angeles Clippers and the Lakers were able to use the $32 million in cap space.
