The Los Angeles Clippers are the consensus favorite to win the NBA Championship in 2020, however, there still are worries around the team.

For the first time in franchise history, the Los Angeles Clippers are the consensus favorite to win the NBA Championship. Yes, the Lob City Clippers were electric and definitely had the talent to win the NBA Championship but never had the league-wide anticipation around them like the 2019 Clippers.

It so no secret why the Clippers have such high expectations heading into 2019. The team not only brought in Kawhi Leonard, who led the Toronto Raptors to their first NBA Championship but also managed to conduct a blockbuster trade for Paul George.

Michael Winger, Steve Ballmer, Jerry West, Doc Rivers and the rest of the Clippers’ decision-makers put all of their chips on the table to win a title over the next two years. There is a worry, though, that this partnership might only last two years, as stars are constantly bouncing around and Leonard and George could both walk after next season.

But hey, that is a worry for the future and quite frankly, it would be worth it as a fan if the Clippers won at least one title.

For a lot of Clipper fans, that seems to be the only worry heading into the season, which is not a realistic outlook of the team. Like every other team in the NBA, there are things to worry about this year as the Clippers try and make franchise history.

Here are the two big worries around the Los Angeles Clippers as the 2019 season inches closer and closer.
