1. A high energy guy/disrupter

This is one of those things where it seems absolutely foolish, but the Los Angeles Lakers should absolutely be looking to get a player that is high energy, preferably plays good defense and can at the very least disrupt the Lakers’ opposition.

These kinds of players can come up huge in the playoffs and at their absolute best they are like Draymond Green, who has found his lane in Golden State and has been phenomenal because of it. The Lakers do not need another Draymond Green, they just need someone of that player mold.

Not only can these guys get under the skin of the other team and provide some great defense but they also can serve as the glue guy as well. With so many egos in the NBA, every team needs a glue guy.

If the Lakers wanted to add this internally my best bet for who could step up in this role would be Avery Bradley. Bradley showed much better offensive prowess once he was traded to the Memphis Grizzlies and is a former All-Defensive player.

He has the talent to get significant minutes, he just has to get the chance. Once he does, if he takes up the wild and chaotic defender who can knock down threes then it will be very hard to take his minutes away.
