The Los Angeles Rams are back home in Week 4 with a 3-0 record as they take on the team that blew a game-winning field goal, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Los Angeles Rams survived a Sunday Night primetime game against the Cleveland Browns in Week 3 and have moved to 3-0 on the season as a result. While the view of the Browns has soured immensely since the beginning of the year, going into Cleveland in primetime is still no easy feat.

Jared Goff did not look all that impressive, which is typical for him in primetime games on the road, but the defense was stout and the Rams’ massive coaching advantage led to a victory.

Now, the Rams get a bit of an easier task in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 4. No team should be taken lightly in the NFL, but this shouldn’t be that big of a problem for LA, especially at home.

Here is how the LA Sports Hub staff sees the meeting going down.

Ahmad Akkaoui (2-2): 42-14, Los Angeles Rams

Jameis Winston and the Buccaneers have faced some good competition so far, but none of them have a defensive front as aggressive as the Rams. The Bucs aren’t that bad of a team this season, but they need a spark in their life.

Mike Evans should be busy if Winston wants to put up a fighting chance. The Rams are clicking on all cylinders so far this season on all sides of the ball. They look like a championship-contending team right now, and I hope they are. I don’t see the Rams losing to Tampa Bay, so let’s consider them 4-0.

Jamaal Artis (4-0): 35-17, Los Angeles Rams

The Rams are home and get to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This is a chance for the Rams to assert their dominance over a team they should be beating.

The Rams strength will be their defense according to Football Outsiders ranking Defense-adjusted Value Over Average (DVOA), the Rams are top 5 in defense and pass defense. The secondary is so good the Rams cornerbacks have not given up a touchdown in their coverage this season.

On the other side of the ball, the Rams offense is middle of the pack so far in offensive efficiency while the Buccaneers are a bottom four defensive team.

Hil Lopez (4-2): 27-17, Los Angeles Rams

The Rams take on the Bucs in their second home game of the season. Jared Goff has had a slow start to the season. Although, he should rebound against the Bucs horrid pass defense. They were just carved up by rookie Daniel Jones from the Giants, who threw for 300+ yards and also allowed Sterling Shepard and tight end Evan Engram to reach 100+ yards in receiving.

Goff has more weapons than Jones and will use them to his advantage. Winston, Mike Evans and Co. will put up a fight, but the Rams will handle them on Sunday.

Redan Lopez (4-2): 32-24, Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams have gotten off to lackluster starts for the first three games of the young season. They will turn it around and get off to a quick start in this mouthwatering match up against a Bucs defense which is 21st in passing defense, but 14th overall.

Rams’ quarterback Jared Goff should shred the Buccaneers’ (Bucs) secondary with ease. Look for Rams’ Wide Receiver Brandin Cooks to especially have a strong game with 100+ yards and a couple of touchdowns.

The Bucs will not go down without a fight though. With Wide Receiver Chris Godwin questionable, look for Bucs’ Quarterback Jameis Winston to heavily target No.1 Mike Evans and emerging Tight End O.J. Howard. I think the Bucs will fall behind early in this game and play catch up the entire game.

However, the Rams will eventually lockdown Evans and Howard in the middle of the second half. Halting any hope of a Bucs’ comeback. The Rams will win at home and play their most complete game of the season.

Jason Reed (2-4): 30-20, Los Angeles Rams

You should see by now that we all thoroughly believe that the Los Angeles Rams will get it done at home against the Bucs. I think the Buccaneers have a good offensive showing to keep it close, but Jameis Winton ultimately holds them back (per usual) with some costly turnovers.

Jon Soden (1-3): 38-17, Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams will look to put a beating on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this Sunday. While they are 3-0, they have not been very impressive in their wins.

Under Sean McVay, the Rams have been one of the most high powered offenses in the league. However, they have been rather average through the first three weeks. Look for this week to be their breakout performance of the season against a weak defensive Bucs team.

Quarterback Jared Goff should have a big day through the air, and the Rams have the potential to run up the scoreboard.

The Rams defense can also dominate this weekend, especially if their secondary is able to contain Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.

In a rather easy matchup, the Rams will crush the Buccaneers by a score of 38-17.
