1. Their skills are unlike anything we have ever seen

There have been many extremely talented players that have graced an NBA jersey throughout the years. There are plenty of legends that have been as talented, if not more talented, than Anthony Davis and there has been one guy in particular that has been more talented than LeBron James.

We have also gotten plenty of Hall of Fame duos throughout the league’s history. Magic Johnson and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen, John Stockton and Karl Malone, Kobe Bryant and Shaquille O’Neal.

None of them are like LeBron and Davis. They were all very talented for their own reasons but no duo that we have ever seen before is quite like these two. The closest probably is Magic and Kareem.

In LeBron and AD we have two big frontcourt guys that can legitimately do anything. LeBron is one of the smartest and most well-rounded players we have ever seen and can orchestrate a beautiful offense while also dropping 30 points in your face.

He is the true definition of a point forward and when we look at that term in the basketball dictionary in the future it will have a picture of him.

Then you have Davis, who has athleticism that is unmatched and is truly a once in a generation talent. Let’s not forget, Davis still has not even reached his prime and is putting together numbers that some Hall of Famers could never do.

They can space the floor, they can bully you down low, they can pick up the pace immensely or they can slow the game down. There is nothing these two can’t do, which gets into the next point.
