10. Kentavious Caldwell-Pope: 12 minutes

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope has been the Los Angeles Lakers’ three and D guy over the last two years and has been replaced in the starting lineup with Danny Green. And while the team has paid KCP a pretty penny during his tenure, he is going to find himself falling all the way to the 10th man in the rotation with around 12 minutes per game.

KCP simply has not performed as the Lakers would have liked during his time with the team. He has shown flashes of what he is capable of here and there, but overall, he has not been what Laker fans expected when they signed him prior to the 2017 season.

Caldwell-Pope is going to fill in where he can, playing a range of positions off the bench for the Lakers. Most of his time will likely be spent as the backup small forward to LeBron James. However, there will be instances where Kuzma is playing the three, so I think KCP will get around nine minutes at the three.

That leaves three extra minutes, which fills into the three extra minutes we had at the shooting guard position. The math on that is not going to perfectly line up every single game but we had to fill out a 240-minute rotation, so making it perfect in the averages is what we did.

Again, like Caruso, KCP might get more minutes on any given night if his shot is hitting and someone like Green or Bradley is cold.
