The UCLA football team has strung together two wins in a row and looks to make it three in a winnable game against the Colorado Buffaloes.

The UCLA football team is in the midst of its first winning streak of the season as the Bruins have won back-to-back games against the Stanford Cardinals and Arizona State Sun Devils.

These are both big wins for the Bruins as Stanford was a ranked team earlier in the season (albeit they have proven to be unworthy) and the Sun Devils were ranked entering last week.

All three of the Bruins’ wins this season have come against ranked teams or formerly ranked teams as the team had the historic comeback win against Washington State, who is no longer ranked, in September.

Somehow the UCLA football team is now only one game back in the PAC-12 South, which makes every game from here on out even more important if they go on a cinderella run.

The Bruins do not have as big of a challenge on Saturday as they take on the 3-5 Colorado Buffaloes. Here is how the LA Sports Hub staff sees this game going down.

Hil Lopez (6-8): 35-24, UCLA

The Bruins take on the Colorado Buffaloes this Saturday after a resounding 42-32 win at home that may have saved Chip Kelly his job. UCLA is now on a two-game winning streak and I don’t see why they can’t make it three in a row against the lowly Buffaloes. They just played a tough home game against USC and couldn’t hold the lead.

I see UCLA controlling this game and winning handily 35-24.

Redan Lopez (9-6): 35-31, UCLA

The Bruins earned their first winning streak of the season by defeating the Arizona State Sun Devils in a 42-32 home victory.   Meanwhile, the Buffaloes were in a close game with the Trojans narrowly escaping 35-31.

The Bruins ascended to third in the Pac-12 South while Colorado has found itself in the basement.

The Bruins have come alive over the last couple of weeks offensively, scoring 30 or more in 3 of their last 4 games. It looks like Chip Kelly, Dorian Thompson-Robinson, and Joshua Kelley have found their strides. Look for them to continue their progression as dare I say it, one step close to winning the Pac-12 South.

The Bruins are only a half-game behind USC and Utah, both of whom they will play in the following 2 weeks. It is imperative the Bruins win this game to make things more interesting over the next two weeks.T

he Bruins will come into this game hungry and with a lot on the line to play for. They will jump on the Buffaloes early on, and hold off their push back in the later stages of the game. Back in the beginning of the season, I thought UCLA was dead in the water, but the Bruins have turned their season around in a hurry. Looks like the seat for Chip Kelly may not be so hot after all.

Jason Reed (8-7): 28-20, UCLA

If the UCLA football team was on the road then I would have been worried about this game. With how up and down the season has been, every road game is a dangerous game for the Bruins.

However, with this game at home, the Bruins should be able to overcome a Buffalo team that is much worse than the teams that the Bruins have already beaten.

If you would have told me at the beginning of the season that the UCLA football team would win three games in a row then I would have called you crazy.  Here I am predicting them to do so.
