The Los Angeles Rams continue their long uphill climb to a playoff spot and have to get through the 10-2 Seattle Seahawks.

The Seattle Seahawks are one of three 10-2 teams that are battling for the first seed in the NFC but unlike the Saints, the Seahawks and the 49ers also have to battle for the NFC West. One of the two teams is going to be a wild-card team. The Los Angeles Rams are hoping to be the other.

This season has been a bit of a rollercoaster ride for the Los Angeles Rams but with a 7-5 record and four games remaining, the playoffs are still not out of the picture and if the Rams win out, and get a little bit of help, they could easily get in.

It is not going to be easy for the Rams, though. The team has to play both the Seahawks and the 49ers in the final four games, although the other two games are against the Cardinals and Cowboys, who have not beaten a winning team this season.

If the Rams lose in Week 14 then the playoff hopes are likely out the window as they would need a lot of help to get in at that point. Here is how the LA Sports Hub staff sees this game playing out.

Jamaal Artis (13-5): 30-14, Seattle Seahawks

The Los Angeles Rams are do or die against the NFC West-leading Seattle Seahawks. The Rams remain one game behind the final wild-card spot and so their margin of error is minuscule.

They play host to the Seahawks on Sunday night and should have beaten them in their last matchup up in Seattle when Greg Zuerlein missed a last-second field goal.

Since then, the team has become poorer on offense and I can’t see them beating the Seahawks a team in the midst of a five-game winning streak that has scored less than 25 points just twice in their last 10 games.

Hil Lopez (11-11): 33-27, Seattle Seahawks

The Rams play a very important divisional tilt against the Seahawks on Sunday night football. They are only one game out of the wild card with Minnesota losing Monday night.

Jared Goff looks to replicate his performance in Arizona in which he threw for over 400+ yards and multiple touchdowns. Robert Woods also looks to build on his 150+ yards from last week as he still looks for his 1st touchdown of the year.

Russell Wilson and the division-leading Seahawks look to destroy the Rams playoffs on the other side and continue their winning ways. The rain may impact this game, but I expect this game to be a fun and hard-fought tilt between two divisional rivals. In the end, Seattle is the better team and will triumph 33-27

Redan Lopez (9-11): 30-25, Seattle Seahawks

You can feel that the Rams absolutely need to win this game to have a crack at the playoffs. But like always, the Russell Wilson heroics will continue this season. Wilson will do his Houdini magic and make a play that will be the difference-maker.

Jason Reed (12-12): 31-26, Los Angeles Rams

The Los Angeles Rams should have won the first matchup against the Seattle Seahawks and despite how bad Jared Goff and the offensive line have been, you can always count on the Rams to get up for a game against the Seahawks.

Plus, while the Seahawks are a good team, they do not seem good enough to be a 10-2 team. With a lot of close wins this year, the Seahawks are a bit flukey and I think the Rams will get back their win from earlier in the season.

Next. The Rams are not as bad as we think. dark

Jared Goff has a good day behind a strong effort from Todd Gurley and the Los Angeles Rams will prove that they still have some of the same team from last year in them.
