1. Corey Seager is an all-star once more

Corey Seager was a no-brainer for both the 2016 and 2017 All-Star Game and it appeared as if he was ready to carve out a long streak of seasons representing the Dodgers in the Midsummer classic.

Tommy John stole is 2018, the recovery hindered his 2019 and as a result, Seager has not made the All-Star Game since it was in Miami in 2017. With the All-Star Game at Dodger Stadium this year, it is a no-brainer that Seager is going to make it.

Not only is Seager going to have a good enough season to be named to the National League All-Star team, as he is bound to return to form, but Dodger fans are going to be feverishly voting for their players, knowing that the game is going to be in Los Angeles.

It also helps Seager’s case that the Dodgers are likely going to be far ahead in first place in the National League and as one of the best bats on the best team in the league, he is going to have a lot of eyes on him.

This kind of sets the table for the kind of year that we think Seager is going to have as you don’t just make the All-Star Game by accident. For the third time in his career, Seager will earn a trip to the Midsummer Classic.
