Rounds 2-4:

Second-round selection: Rodger Saffold, OL, Indiana

Rodger Saffold had the longest tenure of any player on this list as he was with the Los Angeles Rams up until the end of the 2018 season, where he then signed with the Tennessee Titans.

Saffold was drafted as a tackle in 2010 and was good his rookie year but could not piece together another complete season over the next five years or so. He seemed to be in between roles as a tackle and a guard and seemed as if he was never going to take that extra step to be an above-average offensive lineman.

He did just that in 2017 when Sean McVay took over the offense and blossomed into one of the best left guards in the league. His 2017 and 2018 were impressive and while he took a slight step back for the Titans, he is still one of the better guards in the league.

Third-round selection: Jerome Murphy, DB, South Florida

This selection was an absolute whiff for the Los Angeles Rams. Murphy appeared as a sub in special teams in 14 games in his rookie season with the Rams and after being placed on the IR in August 2011, the Rams released him.

He returned to the league in 2012, played for three teams that season and played for the Washington Redskins in 2013. He never started a game.

Fourth-round selection: Mardy Gilyard, WR, Cincinnati

Another swing and a miss. Mardy Gilyard appeared in 11 games his rookie season, starting two, but could not get past preseason cuts in his second season. He finished his NFL career with eight receptions for 78 yards.
